For a subsidiary of an Italian / French Group, located in the USA (Ohio), we are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the operations of three production lines within our facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including extrusion, plastic molding, and packaging processes.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet quality standards, delivery deadlines, and cost targets.

- Optimize production efficiency and workflow to maximize output while minimizing waste and downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance objectives.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to streamline processes and resolve issues.

- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management role within the metalworking and plastic molding industry.

- In-depth knowledge of extrusion, plastic molding, and packaging processes.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
